Its scale and adaptability are a winning combination, providing a spectacular, pillarless venue divisible into separate areas. Guaranteed to impress any guest, the whole venue can be revealed at the touch of a button. Both the large foyer, ideal for receptions, and the main area enjoy natural light whilst after dark, dazzling chandeliers can be lowered to instantly create an enchanting, glamorous ambience. This truly experiential space is packed with state-of-the-art technology and is beyond impressive.
The Nine Kings Suite has a revealing wall that when lifted can increase the capacity dramatically. We are also delighted to mention that for each booked event, the organiser will be invited to explore and savour the menu options in the unique setting of our Senses Room. This great add-on is offered free of charge. We do not require guaranteed bedrooms in order to book an event.

The Westbourne Suite is one of the world’s leading international banqueting venues, an impressive space with exceptional service and facilities. Comfortably accommodating up to 1200 people, this technically advanced venue is particularly suited to events involving elaborate presentations. Lighting, sound and visual technology have been ingeniously designed and integrated to provide a ready to go, functional and cost effective event space. The powerful multi-zoned Bose audio system, built-in LED lighting and ceiling sparkle lights create the perfect atmosphere and platform for any occasion. The suite can be split into four separate areas, its load-bearing hanging bars are recessed out of sight into the ceiling and it benefits from large off-street access for easy delivery and installation.

The elegant Oak suite can be arranged as a single venue for up to 150, or as two or three smaller individual rooms. Located on a private corridor away from all of our other meeting rooms, privacy and quiet is ensured. The impressive floor-to-ceiling windows provide natural light or can be partially or fully blacked out if you prefer. The room design is inviting and contemporary and equipped with sophisticated lighting and advanced technology.
Oak 1 and Oak 2 are medium sized spaces which offer great flexibility. They can be combined, thus allowing for up to 50 guests in theatre style layout, or the spaces can be considered on their own. Oak 3 is amongst the largest meeting spaces within the Forest Suite collection accommodating up to 50 guests. Surrounded by captivating floor-to-ceiling windows, natural light can be a particular pleasant bonus if preferred, and the suites can be accessed independently. Altogether an extremely versatile space which can be tailored to your requirements.
